Description

Eizo CuratOR EX2620-3D 26″ 3D Surgical Display

High Definition 3D Surgical Display
This Eizo CuratOR EX2620-3D LCD monitor uses an 3D LCD panel with an energy-efficient LED backlight, a brightness of 580 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 1400:1. It displays in full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels), and faithfully reproduces 3D surgical images in high definition for endoscopy and operation microscope feeds; creating a feeling of depth where stereoscopic imagery is required.

Comfortably View from Any Angle
It has a viewing angle of 178 degrees so images can be viewed from various directions with minimal changes in contrast.

Fully Flat Design for Safety and Hygiene
Operating rooms contain various medical devices that are arranged by the type of surgery being undertaken. In consideration of safety, EIZO’s surgical monitors adopt rounded corners. Furthermore, the front is covered with a fully flat protective glass that has protection against foreign material and splashes to a level of IP45 (whole monitor has IP32 rating).
Additionally, with the attached cable cover, cables can be stored neatly out of sight, increasing safety and hygiene in the operating room.

Protective Panel for Damage Protection
The monitor is covered with a protective panel which helps protect the LCD screen from shock, scratches, and dirt.

Clean and Quiet Fanless Design
The Eizo CuratOR EX2620-3D LCD monitor has superior heat dissipating technology, allowing it to stay cool without a fan. This offers an extremely quiet monitor that doesn’t disrupt airflow in the operating room. Additionally, because there are no ventilation holes, cleaning is a breeze, so the monitor can easily be disinfected for surgical purposes. Cables can be neatly stored in the cable cover, improving safety and hygiene in the operating room.

Reduced Reflection
Reflections on the screen of LCD monitors are caused when external light hits the screen and reflects off of the protective glass and layer of air at different refractive indices. Optical bonding removes the layer of air in order to lower the difference of refractive indices. This softens the reflections on the screen and produces a clear, highly visible image without affecting contrast.
High Durability
The monitor has protective glass with a hardness of 9H, making it resistant to impacts. Furthermore, the monitor is equipped with optical bonding, which removes the layer of air between the LCD panel and glass. This ensures foreign materials such as dust and moisture cannot damage the LCD panel.
Condensation Prevention
With optical bonding, condensation cannot form between the LCD panel and protective glass so the monitor can be used in environments with wide temperature ranges without affecting visibility.
Bright and Flicker-Free 3D Image
The CuratOR EX2620-3D uses a polarized system for displaying 3D images with excellent color characteristics and without flicker.
Lightweight, Anti-Fog 3D Glasses for Clear Vision
The supplied 3D polarizing glasses required to view images in 3D do not require batteries for operation and are lightweight. This makes them perfect for long surgeries where heavy, battery operated glasses may fail and become uncomfortable. Furthermore, the glasses have an anti-fog coating to prevent fog and maintain clear vision even when wearing a surgical mask.
Various 3D Signal Format Support
The monitor support Side by Side, Line by Line, Top/Bottom, and SIMUL 3D signal formats.
3D-mode: 180 Degree Rotation
Regardless of the orientation of the endoscopic camera, you can display the image in a direction that is easy to see.
3D-mode: Parallax Adjustment
With the parallax adjustment function, you can adjust 3D images both vertically and horizontally so that it displays a natural sense of depth.
2D-mode: Picture by Picture Support
Two separate signal sources can be viewed simultaneously on the one monitor screen side by side.
2D-mode: Adjust Screens Individually
When displaying two signal sources side by side on the same screen, each image can be adjusted without interfering with the other screen. This is perfect for multi-modality use.
2D-mode: 180 Degree Rotation and Mirroring
Regardless of the orientation of the surgical camera, you can rotate or mirror the screen by 180 degrees to achieve the perfect operating view.
View Multiple Signals on the One Screen
Two separate signal sources can be viewed simultaneously on one monitor screen side by side using the PoP (Picture out Picture) function. Additionally a second signal can be displayed in a corner above the main signal display using PiP (Picture in Picture). The size and position of both displays are adjustable when using PoP or PiP. This is useful when several images need to be viewed at once, such as multiple modalities.

Adjust Screens Independently from Each Other
When displaying two signal sources side by side on the same screen, each image’s display mode (gamma 1.8 – 2.6 or DICOM Preset Mode) can be adjusted without interfering with the other image. This is perfect for multi-modality use, where both endoscope, CT and MRI images can be accurately displayed on the same monitor.

Independent Rotation and Mirroring
When displaying two signals at the same time, each Eizo CuratOR EX2620-3D surgical display can be rotated 180 degrees or mirrored independently from the other.

Various Input/Output Signal Support
The Eizo CuratOR EX2620-3D LCD monitor supports various video input/output signals for connecting to various types of modality equipment. Furthermore GPI and RS-232C allows you to externally control input signals and screen rotation, so that you can change the display in conjunction with the settings of the surgical equipment being used.

Standard VESA Mounting for Convenient Installation
The monitor supports VESA mounting standards so that it can be installed in various locations such as from ceiling arms and wall hangings.

Rest Assured with Medical Qualifications
In order to realize safe and reliable monitors that can be used with confidence at any medical institution, EIZO acquires various medical standards and safety/EMC standards. This monitor complies with the latest standard IEC 60601-1-2 4th edition.
